Bob Chambers, Founder and Executive Director

Bob is passionate about creating a culture of relational health and building strong relationships, whether it be the family, church or business community.  With over 45 years of pastoral experience, student training, team development, a Masters in Theology and numerous certifications using dynamic assessment tools, Bob is uniquely positioned to help individuals and groups overcome relational struggles and find greater unity. Husband to Joy, father of 8, and G-daddy to 19, Bob’s years of marriage, parenting, ministry and business experience enable him to relate effectively with people in all walks of life.

 What is PeopleLinQ?

PeopleLinQ is a faith-based 501(c)(3).

Bob founded PeopleLinQ because he saw a critical need for healthy relationships. His solution to that need was to bring together his ministry training and experience, and excellent tools such as the DISC Profile and SYMBIS Assessment, to strengthen couples and unify teams. He also uses Enneagram, Working Genius and Primal Questions in the Coaching and Team Building process.

 Relationships are hard, and nothing is more discouraging than to see a marriage fail or employees fall into discord. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are people and tools that can help. What you want is not to "get by" but to flourish, whether it be in your marriage, ministry, or company. To get there, you need a coach: someone who can mentor and guide you through the right steps, someone who can teach but is also relatable. Enter Bob Chambers. He knows relationships, cares about helping people grow, and is qualified to apply the best tools to your situation.
